Here in Philadelphia, our chapter encourages the health and wellness of our community as well. This year we are proud to be a co-sponsor for the Uhuru Health Festival on April 22. Leading up to the festival, we would like for you to engage in a plank challenge. Commit to doing the planks as many days as possible. For week 1, we would like for you to do 3 sets of planks for 15-30 seconds. For week 2, do 3 sets of planks for 30-45 seconds. For week 3, do 3 sets of planks for 45-60 seconds.

Be sure to commit to as many days during the week as possible. We look forward to seeing you at the Health Festival on April 22. Be sure to stop by our station for information on our organization and circuit workouts.
